1. MXC will list DVG on Innovation Zone and open DVG/USDT trading at 20:00 (UTC+8) on March 25.
2. Since the price of DVG may fluctuate hugely upon listing, in order to better protect the interest of users and avoid losses caused by buying at a high price, MXC will set an opening protection price in the first two minutes upon the opening (from 20:00 to 20:02 UTC+8). The protection price is 3 times of the opening price, and the protection price restriction will be removed after 20:02 (UTC+8).
3. The token sale amount on M-DAY does not represent the circulating supply of DVG after it launches. In order to improve liquidity, the project party will deposit a certain amount of USDT and DVG for liquidity management.
Note:
The exchange for Round and Participation prize winners will be settled from 19:30 (UTC+8) on March 25. Winners shall have sufficient USDT balance (exclude the pending/frozen USDT) from 19:30 to 19:40 on March 25 (UTC+8) to exchange DVG tokens. Otherwise, it will be deemed that the participant gives up the chance by itself.
