HEZ will operate in two specific ways: auction and reward. In the auction, the coordinator can use HEZ to bid on the L2 network to verify the rights of the blockchain. When HEZ enters the system through bidding: 30% will be burned; 40% will be donated to Gitcoin; 30% will be allocated to network participants to reward users for using specific tokens (DAI, USDT, ETH, HEZ) in the network.
