To further improve the security-level of user’s asset, MXC will upgrade the security-level of user’s account on our platform at 15:00 (UTC+8), June 19. There will be the following adjustments:
I. Users, who registered by Email but the account is not bound with mobile phone number or does not get Google verification, have to login from the Web site to bind your mobile phone number or get Google verification alternatively in “My Center”.
II. Users, whose email is unable to receive verification code, shall first complete KYC verification, and then send the Email-changing application to email@example.com. The following information is required:
- Problem description
- MXC account (Mobile-phone number and Email account)
- Half-length photo with ID card and written-form application description in hands. Please ensure the pictured information is clear and readable, and the written-form application shall be marked with “Please Change my Email” and the date. For example, “Please Change my Email, December 3, 2018” shall be marked on the application. Please note that the date shall be the very day you make the application.
- New Email account (Please ensure your new Email is normal, otherwise you may not receive verification code. As a result, your withdrawal may not be completed).
Users of the cases mentioned above shall perform relevant operations as soon as possible. Otherwise, withdrawal will not be realized.
