If you cannot receive email verification code, please check:
I. Whether your Email address is correctly filled during registration.
If your Email address is wrongly filled during registration, you have to change your Email address. You shall first complete KYC verification, and then send Email-change application to service@mxc.com (we will solve your problem within 24 hours). The following data is required:
- Problem description
- MXC account (Mobile-phone number and Email account)
- New Email account (Please ensure your new Email is normal, otherwise you may not receive verification code. As a result, your withdrawal may not be completed. The popular mailboxes, such as Gmail, QQ, Outlook, etc. are recommended).
- Half-length photo with ID card and written-form application description in hands. Please ensure the pictured information is clear and readable, and the written-form application shall be marked with Email-change information and the date. For example, “My old Email account, My new Email account and the Date” shall be marked on the application. Please note that the date shall be the very day you make the application.
II. Whether the Email is in your Junk box.
III. Whether your Email APP sends or receives emails normally.
IV. Set MXC's official Email Address (mxc@email.mxc.link and mxc@info.mxc.link) into your White List.
