If you deposit wrong currency (currency not consistent with contract address) on MXC:
1. We usually do not provide seek back service.
2. Nevertheless, if a user encountered great loss due to the wrong deposit, we may help you to seek it back within limited cost, as it will cost a lot of labor and time resources and undergo great risks.
3. You have to provide your specific conditions, account number, currency type, address, quantity, txid (important), screenshot with deposit information to our customer service. We will judge whether your condition meets seeking-back requirements and reply you as soon as possible.
4. If your condition meets seeking-back requirements, you have to wait a least one month, for we will upgrade Wallet, lead-out and lead-in private key and conduct other operations. These can only be carried out by highly authorized personnel and will encounter strict risk-control review. All these take a lot time.
